The exhibition was a selection from the larger one held at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond Va. the preceding year [Richmond 1963], with the addition of more recent acquisitions. It included the following six paintings by or ascribed to Wilson, five of which remain in the collection of the Yale Center for British Art:
