Biographical Details
Archibald G.B. Russell, CVO, FSA, was a long-serving herald at the College of Arms in London. He was educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford and became a journalist, art critic and art historian, known for his writing on William Blake. He collected drawings, mostly Old Masters, but also:
