Richard Hulse, 1727-1805
Richard Hulse was a Justice of the Peace and held the office of Sheriff of Kent in 1768. Between 1799 and 1805 he was Deputy Governor of the Hudson Bay Company. He lived at Baldwins and Blackheath, both in Kent. Hulse owned P138CThe West Belvedere at Hadrian's Villa, Gloucester City Museum and Art Gallery, and P64A A View of the Tiber with Rome in the Distance, Yale Center for British Art, and probably P118B Lake Albano , The Provost and Fellows of Eton College.
