D68 Still Life with Flask, The British Museum (1953,0509.5)
There is a sketch of a seated male figure verso. This drawing and D68 Still Life with Flask, The British Museum (1953,0509.5) are both early, most probably executed during Wilson's sojourn in Italy. Both are rare in his output as examples of still-life rather than landscape and they reflect a style of modelling in light and shade then current in Venice.
