Thomas Hodgetts (1801-1846) was a London landscape painter and mezzotint engraver, mainly of portraits. He exhibited paintings from 1801 to 1840 at the R.A., Suffolk Street and British Institution. He signed his plates 'T. Hodgetts and Son', probably referring to his son, R.M. Hodgetts. From 1837 he published his work in Edinburgh.
