Pandelli Ralli, JP DL, was a British politician, merchant and banker, born in France, who graduated from King's College, London. He was Liberal M.P. for Bridport, Dorset from 1875 to 1880 and for Wallingford, Oxfordshire from 1880 to 1885. He owned P86B The River Dee near Eaton Hall, The Courtauld Gallery, London. There is an albumen print of Ralli by Camille Silvy, dated 7 April 1861, in the Photographs Collection at the National Portrait Gallery (Ax52302).
