Description
Part of a Memorandum Book used about 1771-1775. Brown leather cover and 36 leaves remaining; four others have been almost entirely torn out. 21 pages have slight pencil sketches by Wilson, mostly of landscapes or buildings. A few are blank, the rest have rough manuscript notes, mainly of accounts.

Critical commentary
6v: illegible pencil inscriptions and very basic sketch of steeply-pitched roof and tree, upper half of page.
7r: deleted inscription in black ink, upper part of page: 'Sept. 11 1775 | Mr. Ruddock has a Landskip | View in Wales Value £15-15s-0 | had home since'; faint pencil notation below.
