Critical commentary
Consideration of the provenance combined with the differences of style between the central part of the composition and its left and lower sections might suggest that the drawing was completed by Paul Sandby.
Condition/Conservation
Good condition overall but slight fading along upper edge. Repaired tear, upper left corner and small repaired tear, lower left edge.
