Sir Wynne Cemlyn Jones of Amlwch, Anglesey and later of Penmaenmawr, Caernarvonshire was a Liberal politician, who trained as a barrister and served in the Royal Welch Fusiliers from 1914 to 1918. He owned a version of P81 Lake Nemi with Figures Bathing - II, present location unknown.
